Empowering You to Live Your Best Life

I am an Occupational Therapy Assistant, a previous professional dancer (ballet, modern, and aerial dance), and am passionate about finding sustainable and healthy ways of living my happiest life. I love to garden, bake, and spend as much time in nature as possible. I have always been curious about the body, health, exercise, and just generally being well. I am always asking the questions, "why do I do the things that I do?" and "what makes me feel my best?"

I founded Living Happy, Healthy, and Strong because I believe we all have the strength within ourselves to live to our fullest potential. With my experience as a dancer and 10 years of working in the field of Occupational Therapy, I want to share my knowledge and support you in overcoming whatever is holding you back and unleash your power to achieve any goal you set your mind to. If you can imagine it, you can make it happen! Together we will create goals for sustainable habits to support your happiness, health, and strength in your everyday life. Let's build a community where everyone can thrive and live empowered!

Nutrition

Together we will create healthy eating habits to support your overall nutrition.

Activity

We all know exercise is beneficial for our overall health, but how do we increase our activity levels safely and most effectively? I'm here to help guide and support you in your activity goals.

Sleep

When was the last time you had a good night's sleep? Developing a sleep hygiene routine can assist with the quality and consistency of sleep patterns.

Understanding the Why

After you begin implementing new habits into your daily life and start to see improvement in the way you feel and your overall health, you will gain a deeper understanding of why you do the things that do not support your health and be able to be patient and kind with your body.

Time
Management

We are all searching for ways to "have time" for the things we need to do and the things we enjoy. Making small changes to your daily routine will help you in doing everything you set your mind to.

Stress

Finding ways to manage your stress through meditation, movement, or enjoyable activities is crucial to overall health.
